Carmo Enterprise is the company solution for compliant call recording from mobile phones (Symbian 3rd and 5th edition). In addition to Call recording, Carmo can record SMS, provide “On Device Voicemail” and record and backup Memo’s and Meetings. Recordings are stored in a comprehensive database on a dedicated on premises server with a multiple access level permission structure. Carmo Enterprise can be completely controlled through configuration settings manipulated on the server. Management and users can playback, research and backup all mobile phone communication.

Carmo can be setup in three ways:

• Forced recording, employee’s phone is always recorded for compliance
• User definable recording, whereby users can manage the settings
• A combination of forced and user definable settings

Carmo can also be used on a more individual basis, featuring additional applications like Recording Memo’s and Meetings. Call recording can start manually, automatically or scheduled depending on the settings. Scheduled recording makes it possible to start recording a meeting without anybody noticing.
